Purchase and return rules Customers who have purchased a membership online receive a service purchase confirmation letter by e-mail within a few minutes with logins to their account, then they need to assign a fingerprint to the customer in the sports club administration and use the services. E-bill (auto-scan) membership and one-time membership are automatically activated on the day of purchase. Visitors who have purchased a regular monthly membership must activate it within 7 calendar days. Annual memberships for which the full amount is paid immediately must be activated within 6 months. from the date of payment. If the visitor does not start visiting the Sports Club within the specified period, the 8th day is the usual monthly membership and the 181st day. the annual subscription (for which the entire amount is paid at once) is automatically activated and its validity period begins to count. After purchasing solarium memberships, customers must use them within 12 months. regardless of the duration of the subscription.
In order to change the membership from a cheaper to a more expensive one, the customer must cover the difference in the membership prices according to the prices valid in the Sports Club on the day of the membership change. If the membership is changed from a more expensive to a cheaper one, the price difference is not refunded. Students, schoolchildren, seniors who want to take advantage of special discounts for them must present a document confirming the right to a discount during registration. The money paid for membership is not refunded to customers who have purchased a membership, except in cases where the customer could not use the services of the sports club due to the fault of the sports club and in other cases established by law. Solarium services are provided during administration hours.
(E-bill) monthly installment payment: The first amount due for this month's balance and the next month's balance. The next payment will be made on the 5th of the following month. It must be paid by the 15th day of the month.
Your memberships are unlimited with a 12-month commitment, after which the contract continues indefinitely. In order to cancel the membership, you must notify 30 days in advance, by e-mail. by mail info@positivegym.lt
Memberships are only terminated after 1 month. days Submit your cancellation request by the 3rd day of the month. If a request is submitted later, the membership will be terminated only from the 1st of the following month.
